Michelle is a corporate paralegal and second-generation small business owner with over twenty years of experience supporting C-suite executives and attorneys. As both an executive assistant and corporate paralegal, Michelle knows what it takes to keep business operations running smoothly.
Her background spans multiple industries, with firsthand experience in building strong business foundations. In 2013, Michelle co-founded Pacific Blu Construction with her husband Scott, where she gained invaluable insight into the residential remodeling industry.
Inspired by her son, Michelle went on to establish FormingStructure™, where she now offers remote business operations support to startups, growing businesses, remodeling companies, and attorneys. With a focus on streamlining operations and supporting sustainable growth, Michelle helps her clients build a solid foundation for long-term success.
